Ascension Sunday
- Weekday Mass in Sacred Heart Church is celebrated Monday to Friday at 10am each morning. Tuesday morning Mass is offered for the sick of the parish and those whose names are written into the parish book of the sick in the sacristy.
- The Sacrament of Confession is available every Saturday evening from 6pm.
- Adoration of the Blessed Sacrament in the side chapel every evening of the week from 8pm until 9pm.
- Next Sunday, May 27th is Pentecost Sunday.

- A special bus will be provided from Galway to the RDS in Dublin for the weekdays of the Eucharistic Congress for all who would like to attend the events going on. From Monday June 11th to Saturday June 16th 2012 the bus will leave Galway Cathedral at 6.30am and depart from the RDS again in the evening at 9.00pm. - The Easter offering envelopes for the priests of the parish can be returned to the Church during this month of May. Extra envelopes are available at the door.
- The Galway Diocesan Pilgrimage to Lourdes will take place from July 1st to 6th 2012. Bookings can still be made. See details on previous post by clicking here.
- There will be a special collection at all next Sunday's Masses for the Galway Diocesan Pilgrimage to Lourdes.
