3 April 2010

Newsletter, Easter Sunday, 2010.

‘Christ is risen, alleluia!’ This is the ancient Christian greeting on this day of great joy and happiness for all. Easter is not simply one feast among others, but the ‘feast of feasts’ The mystery of the Resurrection, in which Christ crushed death, permeates with its powerful energy our old time, until all is subjected to him.

DEATH NOTICE, HOLY SATURDAY.

Your prayers are asked today for the repose of the soul of Delia Donohue,Inishannagh Park. Delia’s remains will be reposing at the O’Flaherty Funeral Home on Munster Avenue on Easter Monday from 5:15 to 6 pm, when they will be removed to our church.
