The unexpected death has taken place of Fr. John P. Mahon, CF(Chaplain to the Forces), Dun Ui Mhaoiliosa, Renmore at University College Hospital (R.I.P) . His remains will be reposing at Aras Naofa in the grounds of Saint Oliver Plunkett Church in Renmore from 5 o'clock tomorrow, Friday, until 8 when they will be removed to the church. Mass on Saturday at 12 noon with full military honours followed by burial in the New Cemetery, Bohermore. Father John was curate in our church when it opened in 1983.
