Diocese of Galway, Kilmacduagh and Kilfenora Gathering of Priests – Thank You!

 

Thank you for your prayers for the success of the gathering of the priests of our diocese during the week. In an atmosphere of genuine hope and fraternity, the priests spent two days in prayer and reflection. They considered the many challenges facing priests in their ministry, along with the future of our parish communities and our diocese at this time. As a Christian community, priests and people now need to begin a structured conversation on the way forward. Over the next few months, we will embark on this journey. Please continue to pray that with the help of the Holy Spirit this process will bring new life, new light, and new energy to the living out of the message of Jesus in our diocese as a whole.
