The Ambassador of Lesotho Mrs Mannete M. Ramialli, and deputy Ambassador of Lithuania Natalijai Bacewiciane. And The Republic of Kenya, Second Secretary Ms. Kasiva Mbithi, and Mayor of Galway city,(deputizing) Councillor Colette Connolly.
