What is Cope?
COPE Galway is community based diocesan organization which enables the people of Galway to recognize and address the challenges posed by inequality and isolation in society.We work with partners in the community to provide targeted services –including a refuge for women and children affected by domestic violence, accommodation for homeless people and sustenance and social supports for older people at home. Our fund raising and outreach activities aim to secure the financial and logistical support required to deliver essential services while promoting public awareness and encouraging positive community engagement.
