As our year of vocation draws to a close but not, of course, our prayer for vocations, we ask your prayers for the following:
Patrick Madden, Parish of The Immaculate Conception, Moycullen, who will be ordained a priest today, May 2nd, in Moycullen for the Diocese of Portsmouth.
Martin Whelan, Parish of St. Teresa of Avila, Ardrahan, who was with us in the Sacred Heart last summer, who will be ordained a priest on June 7th in Labane for our own diocese.
Patrick O'Donohue, Parish of Corpus Christi,Lisdoonvarna, who was ordained a deacon in Rome on Easter Monday, and who will, God willing, be ordained a priest for our diocese next year.
Padraic Higgins, Parish of St. Columba, Castlegar, who will be ordained a deacon in Galway Cathedral on July 22nd for the Diocese of Corpus Christi, Texas, and a priest for that diocese next year.
Sean Duggan, Parish of St. Oliver Plunkett, Renmore, who will be ordained a priest for the Redemptorist Congregation in Dundalk on December 8th.
